Congregational Care
Heritage is committed to nurturing and supporting our congregation. The Congregational Care Committee oversees providing Christian support and assistance to members and friends of Heritage Church, when needed. This includes hospital and home visits for those who are ill or grieving a loss. It also means home-cooked meals when you are unable to cook for yourself and your family. And when a loved one passes away, Congregational Care assists in providing a meaningful reception following the memorial service.
Everyone at Heritage also belongs to the Shepherding Ministry program, where each Session elder "shepherds" a small group of members and friends, providing inner church communication and building lasting Christian relationships. It means help will be there when you need it most.
If you need the assistance of the Congregational Care Committee, please contact the church Office at 703-360-9546.
